This required workshop is the first in our 3-part summer series for all Co-Op Days teachers serving in the upcoming school year. Equipped to Teach is designed to spiritually, practically, and relationally prepare you for the year ahead.

Our June session will focus on:

• Team Building – Building trust and unity as a teaching team
• The Holy Spirit – Inviting God’s guidance and power into our classrooms
• Vision & Service Mindset – Embracing the heart of servant-leadership in a co-op community
• Curriculum Overview & Organization – Getting familiar with teaching materials and setting up systems for success
